1. Bookings and Payment

1.1 Class Booking: All class bookings must be made through our online booking. Booking in advance is highly recommended to secure your spot.

1.2 Payment: All payments are made through www.coresynergy.com.au.

1.3 Package Expiry: Class packages are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase. Unused classes or credits cannot be transferred or refunded after the expiry date.

1.4 Memberships are not locked in however you must give 4 week’s notice in writing to Jessica@coresynergy.com.au

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Class Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least [6] hours before the scheduled class to avoid forfeiting the class credit. Cancellations made within the [6] hour window will result in a loss of the class credit.

3. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

3.1 Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late may not be permitted to join the class once it has started. Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the scheduled class time.

3.2 No-Shows: Failure to attend a booked class without prior notice will result in the loss of the class credit or a charge equivalent to the cost of the class.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Medical Conditions: Clients are required to inform the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries prior to participating in the class. It is recommended that you seek medical advice before starting any new exercise program.

4.2 Personal Belongings: Core Synergy Milperra is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. Please keep personal items secure and refrain from bringing valuables into the studio.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Respect and Behaviour: All clients are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and other participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the class and potential banning from the studio.

5.2 Studio Etiquette: Please ensure that you follow all studio rules, including proper use of equipment and cleanliness. Respect the studio environment and other clients by maintaining a clean and orderly space.

6. Liability Waiver

6.1 Waiver Agreement: By participating in classes at Core Synergy Milperra, you agree to the terms of our Liability Waiver, which can be reviewed below

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

7.1 Updates: Core Synergy Milperra reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and/or studio announcements. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
